01 Introduction

02 Definitions

03 Account Eligibility

2. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
3. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
5. You are not a current or former employee, agent, contractor, affiliate or immediate family member of the Platform or any related entity, unless express written permission has been granted.
6. You have not previously had a Player Account suspended or permanently closed by the Platform for breach of these Terms or any prior version thereof.
7. You are not self-excluded from gambling services through the Platform's self-exclusion system or any applicable regulatory self-exclusion scheme.

77y888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above eligibility conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

04 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creating or maintaining multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in any duplicate accounts.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection requirements, 77y888 conducts KYC verification for all Player Accounts. KYC may be initiated at registration, before processing any withdrawal request, or at any other time at the Platform's discretion.

Acceptable KYC documents typically include, but may not be limited to:

4.3 Account Security

05 Terms of Use

By using the 77y888 Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms;
• Access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised tool to interact with the Platform;
• Attempt to gain unfair advantage through collusion, syndicate play or exploitation of software errors;
• Engage in any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment instruments or false identity documents;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of any Platform software;
• Publish, transmit or distribute any harmful, defamatory or abusive content through any Platform communication channel;
• Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Platform or its underlying systems.

77y888 reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these Terms. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, investigation and permanent closure, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Players may fund their accounts using payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of deposit. Commonly referenced payment methods familiar to Pakistani players include digital wallets (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, Raast transfers, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. These references are contextual only — they do not imply endorsement of gambling by these providers or verified affiliation with the Platform. Actual available methods are displayed at deposit.

Deposits must be made from payment sources in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are typically credited in PKR equivalent based on prevailing conversion rates where applicable.

6.2 Withdrawals

07 Betting Rules

77y888 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to Pakistan cricket, ICC tournaments, PSL (Pakistan Super League) fixtures, international football, UFC events and esports. The following general betting rules apply to all markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation unless the Platform's specific cash-out or bet-edit functionality permits it.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In the event of a void market (event cancelled, postponed beyond the specified settlement period, or otherwise determined void under market rules), stakes will be returned to the Player's account.
• The Platform reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of a pricing error, system malfunction or obvious mis-price.

• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and contribution percentages will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption, suspension or cessation of the Platform or any part thereof;
• Any delay, loss or corruption of data transmitted to or from the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if 77y888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any losses arising from your decision to participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Platform

77y888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• A Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• The Platform determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform;
• The Platform is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

12.2 Termination by the Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or email. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed, and any active wagering requirement obligations will be assessed. Real Funds balance remaining after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds will be returned to the Player subject to completed KYC verification.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77y888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies of that jurisdiction.

For Pakistani Players, nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection provisions of Pakistani law that cannot be excluded by contract. However, 77y888 makes no representation that Pakistani courts will apply these Terms or that Pakistani law will recognise any claims arising from use of this Platform.

14 Amendments

77y888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via email to registered Players or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Players who do not agree with amended Terms should close their account before the effective date of the changes and withdraw any remaining Real Funds balance. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page.
